#NotHappyOnsomeonesSadness trends as Anasuya blasts Vijay Deverakonda

Anasuya Bharadwaj and Vijay Deverakonda haven’t gotten along well since 2017. At a function promoting ‘Arjun Reddy’, Vijay made the crowds loudly utter the cuss word ‘Ma*rch*d’, which his character used in the film. Anasuya objected to the same, slamming the actor for glorifying a bad word that disrespects women.

On Thursday, as ‘Liger’ opened to a disastrous word of mouth, the actress took to Twitter and commented that Vijay is only bearing the fruits of his bad karma of offending mothers. In her Telugu-language post, without taking the name of either Vijay or ‘Liger’, the ‘Jabardasth’ host remarked that karma surely hits back even though it might be delayed in punishing us. 

Anasuya used the hashtags #NotHappyOnsomeonesSadness and #FaithRestored to say that her faith in ‘what goes around comes around’ was restored. 

‘Liger’, directed by Puri Jagannadh, has Ananya Panday, Chunky Panday, Ramya Krishna and Roni Roy in key roles. Its BGM is by Sunil Kashyap. The film has been panned by film critics.
