‘Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene’ Trailer: Eerily possessed

‘Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene’ has been described as an emotional horror entertainer.  Unlike its Teaser, which was packed with tense and chilling moments, the Trailer is lighter-veined.  We may well be in for loads and loads of comic doses.  

As a religious man is heard saying, a boy found an old man in himself whenever he looked in the mirror 400 years ago somewhere in Greece.  Back during those dark days, the boy was stoned to death by a people scared of witches.  In ‘NVNN’, Sundeep Kishan finds himself becoming Vennela Kishore whenever he looks in the mirror.  What is the mystery?  Is it a ghost story?  Or is it all in the mind?  Or is it a crime story?  The policeman (Posani Krishna Murali and others), the sidekick (Mahesh Vitta is comically terrified), and the heroine (Anya Singh) are clueless as much as the audience.

Director Caarthick Raaju is expected to surprise the audience.  Its music is by SS Thaman.  Pramod Varma’s frames are understated.  Stunts are by Venkat.  Murali Sharma, Poornima Bhagyaraj and Pragathi are part of the cast.  

The film will hit the screens in July.
