‘NGK’ Trailer: Dramatic, heroic, massy

The Trailer of Suriya’s next movie, ‘NGK’, directed by Sri Raghava, is out.  Starring Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh, the film is coming on May 31.

Starring Suriya as Nandha Gopala Krishna (NGK in short), the film casts him as a patriot who wants to muddy himself by plunging into politics and be the change he wants to see in India.  Against all physical threats, NGK marches on.  He has his girlfriend (Sai Pallavi) by him.  

Right from Suriya’s look and characterization, it’s clear ‘NGK’ has him has the biggest USP.  

Those clarion call-type speeches, those Communist vibes, that rural backdrop, those admiring crowds – these elements make ‘NGK’ a political drama to the core.  

Vela Ramamoorthy, Ponvannan and Thalaivasal Vijay will be seen in negative roles.  

Music and BGM are by Yuvan Shankar Raja.  The cinematography is by Sivakumar Vijayan.  Editing is by KL Praveen.
