Shah Rukh Khan’s action spectacle ‘Pathaan’ and other new OTT releases – Complete list!

This weekend is going to be a treat for OTT lovers as many anticipated films and series are slated to make their digital debut. More than ten titles are foraying into the streaming space this week including superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s action spectacle ‘Pathaan’. Here’s a list of new OTT releases.

New Amazon Prime releases are:

1) Pathaan (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu) – debuted on OTT on March 22. It is the latest spy thriller starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in director Aditya Chopra’s universe.

2) Bakasuran (Tamil) – came to the streaming platform on March 24. Nataraj and Selvaraghavan played lead roles in this crime drama film directed by Mohan G with music by Sam CS.

3) Hunter: Tootega Nahi, Todega (Hindi) – is an action web series featuring Suniel Shetty in the lead role. It was released on March 22 on Amazon Mini TV.

New releases on ZEE5:

1) Sengalam (Tamil) – It is a new web series starring Kalaiyarasan, Vani Bhojan and others. The thriller, set in the backdrop of Virudhunagar district’s local politics, is coming to OTT on March 24.

2) Kanjood Makhichoos (Hindi) – The comedy film, starring Kunal Khemu and Shweta Tripathi, directly releases on OTT on March 24.

3) A Man Called Otto (English) –  is a comedy-drama film starring famous Hollywood star Tom Hanks. It is now streaming on ZEE5.

4) Poovan (Malayalam) – Antony Varghese, Sajin Cherukayil and Girish AD starrer comedy-drama directed by Vineeth Vasudevan has debuted on OTT.

Netflix’s new releases:

1) Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga (Hindi) – The movie, directed by Ajay Singh, stars Sunny Kaushal and Yami Gautam in lead roles. It is a heist thriller debuting on OTT on March 24.

2) The Night Agent (English) – A slick action web series based on Matthew Quirk’s novel debuted on Netflix on March 23.

Apart from these titles, the Malayalam film ‘Purusha Pretham’ is directly released on March 24 on Sony LIV. Also, ‘Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha’ – the Telugu romantic action thriller film released this week on the Aha platform post its theatrical run.
