Model turned actress Raiza Wilson had made breakthrough by participating as a contestant in the first season of Kamal Haasan hosted Bigg Boss reality game show, following which she made her debut as a heroine in Pyaar Prema Kaadhal.

Raiza is currently acting in a number of movies like Vishnu Vishal starrer FIR Faizal Ibrahim Raiz and GV Prakash starrer Kaadhalikka Yaarumillai etc. The actress who's active on social media has expressed her displeasure over news channels presenting negative news alone, and influencing people with negativity during the tough times of Coronavirus pandemic.

Raiza tweeted "So it’s #coronatimes and I wanted to be updated about my surroundings. So I started following all the possible news channels worldwide. I realised most of what I’m reading is bad news !! Why can’t they publish equal amounts of good and bad news ??... The biggest “influencers” are the news channels. They can change the world if they want to….What if the news channels focused more on the positive news ? Would we believe that’s how the world is, and be influenced & inspired to do more good ??".
