The news is that the ‘Sye Raa’ actress is now the co-owner of a lavish residence in Chennai’s Poes Garden, an area where the likes of Rajinikanth live. According to media reports, Nayanthara is soon going to shift from her 4BHK flat in an apartment at Poes Garden to this new building.
