Nayanthara rejects ‘Maya’ Producer’s wish?

‘Maya’ the horror flick starring Nayanthara and Aari in lead roles has been scheduled to hit the screens on September 17. The film has been directed by debutant Ashwin Saravanan and the trailer of the film has promised a chilling horror flick.

Cashing in on the popularity of Nayanthara among Telugu speaking people, the film will have a simultaneous release on Telugu language.

There are rumors doing rounds in the tinsel world that the producer of the Telugu version of this flick has planned a new technique to promote the film.

He has planned to announce a cash prize of Rs.2 lakhs for a person who watches the horror film alone in a theatre and the prize  amount would be handed over to the winner by none other than Nayanthara.

But sources reveal that the producer will have to drop this plan as Nayanthara has refused to be a part of such promotional activity.
