Trisha's horror-comedy Nayaki, a Telugu-Tamil bi-lingual was to release on this 8th. However, due to technical issues faced for the Tamil version, the producers have decided to postpone the release to July 15. "The film will hit the screens on July 15 in both the languages. The recently-released teaser and audio are getting very good response. The song rendered by Trisha has been getting a very special response," the producers said.

Directed by Govi, this film has Sathyam Rajesh in an important role. The graphics are for about 40 minutes.

"This one is a new kind of film in horror genre. Trisha has delivered the best ever performance in her career. There are several shades to her character," director Govi said.

Ganesh Venkatraman, Brahmanandam, Jeevi, Jaya Prakash, Sushma Raj, Kovai Sarala and Manobala are part of the cast.
