Sections of regional as well as national media seem to be misquoting Pawan Kalyan on what he had said about the possible war situation between India and Pakistan. Several publications and media houses have quoted Pawan as saying that the BJP told him there will be a war in 2019 way back in 2017 itself.
It turns out that Pawan never stated anything of that sort. “From where did the BJP come into picture? He never said that the BJP told him such and such thing. Never expected a completely distorted headline from a prominent website,” Shatagni, a Jana Sena handle, tweeted out while giving a rebuttal to a magazine.
“Pawan Kalyan has clarified that he was just referring to the speculations among political circles which he got to know from news reports,” Shatagni says, plugging the link of an old news report.
