Senior actor Nasser who has sworn in as the President of the Nadigar Sangam after a thumping victory in the elections has opened up about the conspicuous absence of actors and actresses.
Nasser has said in one of his recent interviews that the members who did not cast their vote either by coming in person or by postal facility could not be faulted as voting is not a mandatory requirement. He has further said that Santhanam conveyed his inability to come to vote as he was stationed in Ahmedabad on the election day. Likewise Ajith and other members would have been in unexpected situations thwarting their visit to the election venue.
