Popular Telugu producer Naga Vamsi, known for his outspoken attitude and hyperbolic statements, made a comeback on X.com after a brief silence. The producer had gone quiet following the disappointing box office run of War 2, starring NTR and Hrithik Roshan, which underperformed despite massive pre-release hype.
Being a huge fan of NTR, Naga Vamsi had acquired the Telugu theatrical rights for the film but reportedly faced heavy financial losses. His absence from social media quickly turned into trolling material, with rival star fans mocking him as “Dubai Vamsi” and alleging that he had fled to avoid calls from distributors.
Naga Vamsi’s Comeback Statement
Breaking his silence, Naga Vamsi returned in his trademark sarcastic style. Addressing trolls, he wrote:
“Enti nannu chala miss avthunattu unnaru (laugh emoji). Vamsi adi, Vamsi idi ani gripping narratives tho full hadavidi nadustundi. Parledu, X lo manchi writers unnaru. Sorry to disappoint you all, but inka aa time raaledu… minimum inko 10-15 years undi. At the cinemas… for the cinema, always! (heart emoji). See you all with our next outing #MassJathara, very soon!”
With this, he confirmed that he will next focus on promoting Ravi Teja’s Mass Jathara.

Hits, Misses, and Trolling
Naga Vamsi, who produces films under Sithara Entertainments and also co-produces under Haarika & Hassine Creations, has delivered successful movies like DJ Tillu, Tillu Square, and MAD. His outspoken media interactions and exaggerated statements have made him a social media favorite — but also an easy target.
Past remarks, such as comparing Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom to KGF and declaring he would stop making bold claims if War 2 failed, have only fueled trolling after the film’s poor performance.
“Still in the Game”
Despite criticism, Naga Vamsi insists that one flop won’t deter him. He has vowed to continue producing films for “at least another 15 years,” making it clear that he is here to stay.
