The Nadigar Sangam elections is underway today at the St. Ebbas School premises in Mylapore, Chennai after much drama over the past few days. Most of the big stars including Thalapathy Vijay, Arya, Vishal, Radha and Ambika cast their votes. Veteran actor Mic Mohan was involved in an argument with the polling officials as he was reportedly informed that his vote had already been cast.

It is common in the political elections for any common man or celebrity getting the shock that their votes have been illegally cast. But this was the first instance that in a private union and that too in the Nadigar Sangam elections. Both the Pandavar Ani and the Sankaradas Swamigal Ani have been insisting that the elections should be conducted in a fair manner but this incident cast doubt on that and became a debate at the venue.
