"Superstar will surprise when you judge him!" reveals AR Murugadoss!

Director AR Murugadoss, who had last directed the Vijay, Keerthy Suresh starrer political entertainer Sarkar has next completed shooting Darbar, which is Superstar Rajnikanth’s 167th movie. Produced by Lyca Productions, Darbar is in post production stage now.

In a recent interview, director AR Murugadoss has revealed an interesting moment during the shoot of Darbar, where he was stunned and surprised by Superstar’s energy. Darbar has a scene where Rajnikanth is supposed to throw a chair, but the chair that was placed in the sets was very heavy.

As Murugadoss was unable to replace the chair with a lighter one, Rajnikanth had asked him where to throw the chair, and as Murugadoss said the chair has to be thrown before the camera, and that it can be taken as two shots, Rajni lifted the chair and perfectly threw it, surprising everyone. When we judge him with his energy and age, Superstar will surprise us like this, said the director.
