Many journalist who raised their voice in support of Dhanya in Twitter and Facebook demanded that actor Vijay should intervene and put an end to the unscrupulous behavior of persons claiming to be his fans.
Now Vijay has done the most appropriate thing by releasing a statement in this regard. In the statement VIjay has made a solemn request that no one should pass demeaning comments about women. (The statement is attached below)
it is a praiseworthy gesture by Thalapathy Vijay and we hope the fans who were up in arms against the journalist and anyone who speak a word against their star will respect the words of their matinee idol and reform.
