The final trailer of Matrix 4 was presented online – Fans going crazy

The Matrix film trilogy is one of the world-famous franchises in cinema history. ‘The Matrix: Resurrections’ is a sequel to The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions. Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Jada Pinkett Smith reprise their roles from previous films. The sci-fi action thriller is produced, co-written, and directed by Lana Wachowski.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Jessica Henwick, Jonathan Groff, Neil Patrick Harris, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Christina Ricci are the new additional cast members in Resurrections. Matrix 4 will hit the screens worldwide on December 22 as a Christmas special and it will premiere on HBO Max on the same day as well. Warner Bros has launched the final trailer of the movie now.

We get to see Priyanka Chopra Jonas as Sati in the new trailer but not much was revealed about her. She plays a young woman with wisdom that belies her years and an ability to see the truth, no matter how murky the waters. The 3-minute-long video assures that the new Matrix film calls back the events of the first film, which was released in 1999.

The film’s synopsis reads, “In The Matrix Resurrections, return to a world of two realities: one, everyday life; the other, what lies behind it. To find out if his reality is a physical or mental construct, to truly know himself, Mr Anderson will have to choose to follow the white rabbit once more. And if Thomas…Neo…has learned anything, it’s that choice, while an illusion, is still the only way out of—or into— the Matrix. Of course, Neo already knows what he has to do. But what he doesn’t yet know is the Matrix is stronger, more secure and more dangerous than ever before. Déjà vu.”
