Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi’s mass video released on ‘Master’ 50th Day record breaking celebrations

The Tamil film industry in general and the movie theater business, in particular, was in total doldrums due to the coronavirus pandemic.  But the ‘Master’ arrived and the magical combo of Thalapathy Vijay and Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi brought in the audience and provided great hope for the industry by turning out to be a blockbuster hit in spite of fifty percent occupancy.

‘Master’ hit the 50-day run benchmark today in theaters and there are wide celebrations in almost all the territories the film is playing.  Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has thanked everyone for the success especially his hero and villain.  He has also shared an unseen video of Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi during the making of the film as a gift to fans.

The fifty days of ‘Master’ was achieved in spite of the film streaming on Amazon Prime Video from the sixteenth day and this proves beyond any doubt the box office might of Thalapathy Vijay and the loyalty of his fans.

‘Master’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is produced by XB Film Creators and Seven Screen Studios with music by Anirudh, cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan and editing by Philomin Raj.  The principle cast comprises of Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Arjun Das, Andrea and Shantanu Bhagyaraj.
