Manjima and Digangana are Shiva’s leading ladies

Close on the heels of getting the nod of Shiva Kandukuri, son of producer Raj Kandukuri, to headline her maiden directorial project, director Vaidehi Chandrasekhar, we’ve learnt, has also got the consents of Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo girl Manjima Mohan and Hippi girl Digangana Suryavanshi to be the film’s female leading faces. Both the heroines have equal roles to play in the film and their parts are layered with emotional depth.

According to a source, any actress would give her arm and leg for Manjima’s part especially and she is pretty gung-ho about it. “It’s just the right role for her career to take off in Tollywood,” adds the source.

The film, a romantic emotional drama, is likely to roll in the US on October 5 with a near 40-day schedule, followed by an Indian outing of 10 days. Vasireddy Ravindranath who produced Jagapathi Babu and Nara Rohith-starrer damp squib Aatagallu last year will pool in resources for the project.
