The teaser of ‘David Reddy’, starring Manchu Manoj, has been unveiled on the occasion of the actor’s birthday, instantly grabbing attention with its intense action-packed visuals and powerful period backdrop.

Directed by Hanuma Reddy Yakkanti, the film is being produced by Nallagangula Venkat Reddy and Bharat Motukuri under the banners of Velvet Soul Motion Pictures and True Radix. Mounted as a grand pan-India project, “David Reddy” will release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada during the Dussehra season.

Set between 1897 and 1920 during British colonial rule in India, the teaser presents a visually rich cinematic world filled with rebellion, violence, and patriotism. Every frame reflects the film’s large-scale production values and detailed period setting.

Unlike Mahatma Gandhi’s ideology of non-violence, David Reddy chooses a violent path to fight against oppression. The teaser shows him launching brutal attacks on British rulers who torture innocent Indians, gradually becoming a feared name within the Empire.
