Mammootty and Bharathiraja team up

After giving a fantastic performance in his recently released maiden production venture 'Kuttramey Thandanai'. actor Vidharth has acted in 'Kurangu Bommai' made by debutant Nithilan who shot to fame by participating in 'Nalaya Iyakkunar' short film competition. He has been selected as the director by Vidharth after watching a short film made by him.

'Kurangu Bommai' stars veteran Bharathiraja as Vidharth's father. Debutante Delna Davis plays the female lead. Other prominent cast members are P.L.Thenappan. Kumaravel, Ganja Karuppu. Bala Singh, Krishnamoorthy and Rama,

The film's title is about the human mind which keeps jumping from one thought to another like a monkey keeps jumping across trees.

Ajaneesh Loknath makes his Kollywood debut as a music director with this film. He has composed three songs out of which two have been penned by Na.Muthukumar. who recently passed away.

N.S.Udhayakumar has handled the cinematography. Abhinav Sundar Nayak has taken care of Editing. Madon Ashwin has penned the dialogues.
