Mahesh Babu was received to a rousing reception yesterday when he was to Burripalem, his adopted village. Calling it homecoming, the Superstar minced no words to say that with everyone's help, the village can be turned into a model one.
He gave away Rs. 1 cr to women's organizations during his visit.
Mahesh was visibly happy and admittedly humbled by the love and affection showered on him. He thanked the villagers, fans, police, media, leaders and officials for making it a special day.
