‘Mahaveerudu’: ‘Gaana Gaana’ is Sivakarthikeyan’s energetic dance number

Sivakarthikeyan’s 22nd movie is titled ‘Mahaveerudu’ in Telugu and ‘Maaveeran’ in Tamil. Shanthi Talkies today unveiled the first song from the upcoming entertainer. 

The ‘Doctor’ and ‘Don’ actor dances with abandon in this quintessential ‘basthi’ song titled ‘Gaana Gaana’. High on energetic dance moves and colloquial lyrics (by Chandrabose), the song’s backdrop is a residential premises where hundreds join the male lead to shake the leg. 

Bharath Sankar’s music is foot-tapping, while Yazin Nizar’s rendition is enjoyable. Siddharth Watkins offers the intro vocals.  The dance choreography is done by Shobi Paulraj. 

Vidhu Ayyanna handles the cinematography and Philomin Raj takes care of the editing. With Art Direction by Kumar Gangappan and Arun Venjaramoodu, the film has got stunts by Yannick Ben. Sound Design is by Suren G and S Alagiakoothan. Chandru A has penned the additional screenplay.
