The teaser number two of Karthik Naren’s ‘Mafia’ further explores the dynamics between the hero and the villain played by Arun Vijay and Prasanna respectively. The core issue seems to be drugs and its a clear case of brawn versus brain between the two. The cuts show a stylish and slick action thriller with the heroine Priyani Bhavani Shankar too into the thick of the action.
Karthik Naren who impressed with his very first film ‘Dhruvangal 16’ has loaded the teaser with stylish looking actors, powerful dialogues, action-packed visuals and the promise of a strong story. ‘Mafia : Chapter 1’ as its called is produced by Lyca Productions with music score by Jakes Bejoy, cinematography by Gokul Benoy and editing by Sreejith Sarang which is an all out young team that shows freshness on the screens. The second teaser makes one want to watch the movie early 2020 when it hits the screen for sure.
