In Macherla Niyojakavargam, the story takes place in two contrasting landscapes. Vizag, from where the male protagonist hails, is breezy. It's where his love story takes off to a blooming start. It's where his parents, played by Murali Sharma and Indraja, live and share banter with characters played by Vennela Kishore and Rajendra Prasad.

In Macherla, the mood is tense and ominous. Samuthirakani is Rajappa, who is ruling the constituency like a dictator. But he has to contend with the hero.

Siddarth Reddy, the protagonist, is not a soft civil servant. Commercial ingredients are in-built in him. Full of action and punchlines, the film also has some hidden elements, seemingly.
