Breaking! Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Thalaivar 170’ officially announced!

Lyca Productions updated that a big announcement is coming today through social media. While most of the fans expected it to be the official announcement of Ajith Kumar and Magizh Thirumeni’s ‘AK62’, the production house has now confirmed teaming up with Superstar Rajinikanth again.

Yes, Lyca Productions will join hands with Rajinikanth for his 170th project, tentatively called ‘Thalaivar 170’. It is worth mentioning that Lyca is producing ‘Lal Salaam’ in which Superstar plays a cameo. We already broke to you that Rajini will reunite with the production house for a new film directed by TJ Gnanavel of ‘Jai Bhim’ fame.

Lyca Productions made it official that Superstar Rajinikanth will be seen in ‘Thalaivar 170’ under TJ Gnanvel’s direction with music by Anirudh. The shooting will commence very soon. Thalaivar will wrap up the shooting of his current film ‘Jailer’ by April and move to ‘Lal Salaam’. He will complete Lal Salaam before the shooting of ‘Thalaivar 170’ kickstarts.

Lyca Productions announced this prestigious project as their chairman Subaskaran is celebrating his birthday today. They released a press note regarding the same, which read:
