Lokesh Kanagaraj clearly reveals his exact movies lineup after ‘Leo’

As the grand worldwide release of Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Leo’ is drawing near director Lokesh Kanagaraj has been giving back to back interviews on various YouTube channels.  According to his co-writer and close friend Rathnakumar he has probably given over a hundred updates on the film to Thalapathy and his fans.

Known for his level headedness and clarity of thought Lokesh has spelled out his next movie lineups after ‘Leo’ release.  He stated that he will take about a week off after the release and will be starting the pre-production work of his next that is Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Thalaivar171’.  The mega project bankrolled by Sun Pictures with music by Anirudh and stunts by Anbariv will go on floors in the month of March next year. 

Loki has he is fondly addressed by fans and friends has asserted after the Rajini project he will most definately direct Karthi’s ‘Kaithi 2’ for Dream Warrior Pictures.  He is planning to follow that by making a standalone ‘Rolex’ film starring Suriya.  The maverick filmmaker then gave the mass update that he will be making ‘Vikram 2’ with Kamal Haasan which will feature stars of the LCU from his ‘Kaithi’, ‘Vikram’ and ‘Leo’ and will serve a an endgame for the universe.

Lokesh one of the highest paid directors in the country confirmed that after all his Tamil commitments he will be making a pan Indian fim starring Prabhas in the lead role as well.  Of course in the near future he will also pursue his dream fantasy project ‘Irumbu Kai Maayavi’ starring Suriya.
