Legendary director Bharathi Raja’s reaction to Young filmmaker’s new film!

Naveen is an ideology driven new-gen filmmaker in Tamil industry. He gained a lot of fan following among the youngsters with his one and only film ‘Moodar Koodam’.

Moodar Koodam is a black comedy flick that talks plenty of modern day philosophies. The film won accolades from critics as well as a commercial success. Naveen directed, produced and played one of the leads in the film.

Naveen’s next work is Tamil-Telugu bilingual ‘Agni Siragugal”Jwala’ starring Vijay Antony, Arun Vijay, and Akshara Haasan. Amma Creations, T.Siva produces this film. Initially, Shalini Pandey was supposed to play the role ‘Viji’ and she left the project due to some issues. The team roped in Akshara Haasan to play Viji.

Arun Vijay is said to play an evil role in this flick. It also features Sendrayan, Bollywood actress Raima Sen, Prakash Raj, and Nasser in pivotal roles. The film is shot majorly in Kazhakstan and Europe.

Recently, Arun Vijay has completed the dubbing for his role ‘Ranjith’ in Agni Siragugal. Naveen’s young daughter Siveen, who is also playing an important role, completed her dubbing for Agni Siragugal.

Today, Director Naveen, who residing at Hyderabad Trident Hotel, posted in his twitter that he met Iyakkunar Imayam Bharathiraja at the same hotel. He also added that he showed the climax of his latest work Agni Siragugal and the legendary director reacted that he was astounded on seeing it.

On the work front, Naveen is helming and playing the lead in his next ‘Alavudheenin Arpudha Camera’. Actress Anandhi is co-starring him in the same.
