KTR proud of his son Himanshu’s first cover song

At a time when the Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao is sparing no effort to make Telangana an exemplary State and show a path to India on how to become a $15 Trillion economy, his son Himanshu Rao has silently come out with a beautiful cover song.

Titled ‘Golden Hour’, the romantic song is up on the young composer’s YouTube channel, named Himanshu Rao Kalvakuntla.

Putting out the song, Himanshu wrote, “Please leave your comments down below and share your experience. Please like and Share! A very special thanks to my friends, Ayan Patni and Reyaan Luthra for helping me discover this hidden skill that I possess.”

At about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, the song is Westernized in its style and yet has a certain desi soul. Perhaps, it reflects the deeper philosophy that Himanshu has evolved as a youngster. For a first timer, the composer shows extravagant promise for sure. 

The title of the cover song may well be a metaphor for the socio-political history of Telangana in recent years.
