Actor Krishna's 'Pandigai' was scheduled to hit the screens tomorrow (July 7th) but it was postponed due to the theatres strike. Now the strike has been withdrawn and the theatres will reopen from tomorrow. But Auraa CInemas which has acquired the release rights of the film have decided to postpone the film's release by one week and give a breather space for the films that released last week and got severely affected by the strike that lasted for four days since Monday.

It has been officially confirmed that 'Pandigai' will be hitting the screens on July 14, 2017. The film has been directed by debutant Feroz and produced by actress Vijayalakshmi under Tea Time Talkies banner.

This action thriller stars Anandhi as the female lead. The supporting cast includes Saravanan, Nithin Sathya, Karunas, Madhusudhan Rao and many others. RH Vikram of 'Rangoon' fame has done the music score. Aravind is the cinematographer and Prabahar is the Editor.
