Indian 2 to have Korean connect!

Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, who had a happening 2018 with the release of his long-delayed Vishwaroopam 2, hosting the second season of the television reality game show Bigg Boss, besides various social activities related to his political outfit Makkal Needhi Maiam had recently announced contesting in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

 
On the film front, the actor will be joining hands with the grand maker Shankar, for the sequel to their 1996 blockbuster Indian, which is expected to commence shooting from January 18. The movie, bankrolled by Lyca Productions, will have Kamal Haasan returning as the vigilant hero fighting anti-social elements, and the buzz is that he might sport a double role.

While Kajal Aggarwal had earlier confirmed her presence in Indian 2, now the latest buzz is that the movie, which will have a major portion of it shot in Taiwan, will have an interesting addition to the cast. Reports are indicating that Shankar is in talks with South Korean actress Bae Suzy in a key role. Rumors are that Simbu might be playing a key role in Indian 2 as well. An official confirmation is awaited.
