Actress Komalee Prasad has officially announced her Tamil cinema debut with Mandavetti, a female-led supernatural crime thriller that marks a significant new chapter in her career. Produced by Tuskers Den Pictures and directed by Saranraj Senthilkumar, Mandavetti has gone on floors following a traditional pooja ceremony. Principal photography is currently underway in Usilampatti, in Tamil Nadu’s Madurai district.

Positioned as a performance-driven narrative, Mandavetti blends supernatural elements with crime and human emotion, unfolding from a singular female perspective.
