Yash's 'KGF' directed by Prashanth Neel released in the year 2018 and recieved unprecedented mammoth success across India and abroad. It is no exaggeration to say that the film put Kannada cinema on the world stage much like what Rajamouli's 'Baahubali' did to Tollywood.

'KGF: Chapter 2' the sequel to the film with the same team is hitting the screens worldwide on April 14th in five languages including Tamil. The CBFC has awarded a 'UA' certificate with the running time of 168 minutes or 2 hours and 48 minutes.

Yash is once again paired with actress Srinidhi Shetty in 'KGF Chapter 2' which is also directed by Prashant Neel and produced by Hombale Films. The cast includes Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon with Prakash Raj, Malavika Avinash, Achuth Kumar, Rao Ramesh, Eswari Rao, Ramachandra Raju, John Cocaine and others. Cinematography is by Bhuvan Gowda and music is composed by Ravi Barzoor. The film was made on a budget of around Rs 100 crores and is expected to gross many times that.
