Did Keerthy Suresh charge a whopping amount for Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe?

National award winner Keerthy Suresh who is currently basking in the glory of her recently released film ‘Annaatthe’  has reportedly charged a whopping amount to play the sister role to Rajinikanth in Annaatthe.

Rumours in the tinsel town claim that Keerthy Suresh has reportedly received a remuneration of Rs 2 crore for her role in Rajinikanth’s ‘Annaatthe’. The talented actress has received a higher pay package as the film revolves mainly around her character.

Keerthy Suresh has achieved a rare feat by sharing screen space with Rajinikanth in ‘Annaatthe’.  The reports also suggest that Keerthy charges only Rs.1 crore for every other film. Meanwhile, Annaatthe was released to big hype on 4 November on the occasion of the Diwali festival. The film garnered a good pre-release hype which translated into a good opening. However, Annaatthe received mixed reviews and critics heavily criticised the flick for its routine content.

On the other hand, Keerthy Suresh also plays Chiranjeevi’s sister in the Telugu remake of Ajith’s film Vedhalam named ‘Bhola Shankar’, directed by Meher Ramesh. Keerthy Suresh also has several films in her kitty.
