Keerthy Suresh's latest film the direct to OTT 'Penguin' may not have won the audiences but her performance as a mother has garnered all round praises. The young National Award winning best actress is currently starring in Rajinikanth's 'Annaathe' directed by Siruthai Siva and produced by Sun Pictures.
There is a strong buzz in Kollywood now that Keerthy Suresh has been approached to play the lead role in 'Aramm 2' to be directed by Gopi Nainar. 'Aramm' released in the year 2017 had Nayanthara playing a powerful collector on a rescue mission of a child falling into a borewell hole. It not only garnered critical acclaim but was also a commercial success.
After the success of 'Aramm' it was said that Nayanthara would be starring in the sequel as well but talks did not work out and later Samantha was also approached. But now Gopi has reportedly started fresh talks with Keerthy Suresh and whether she would give her nod will only be known in the coming days.
