MM Keeravani has got tough with his trolls, who have accused him of being a casteist and, worse, unpatriotic. It all started with this tweet: The good old slogan "Jai Balayya" is now emotionally and entertainingly synonymous with "Jai Hind".

As soon as Keeravani said this, the trolls read "caste feeling" into the music director's praise for Balakrishna, who also belongs to the same social group as his. "Now I got to know some breeds prefer caste first country next. From now you lost my utmost respect on you," a user said.

Such replies angered Keeravani.

"I am a chemist now testing my last 2 tweets comparing with likes, retweets blah blah. Praising, confusion, anger.. all are welcome. Anonymous stray dogs with fake DP's can't judge my patriotism. I voted last time. Did you?" the 'Baahubali' music director tweeted.

He also said that he had praised 'Arjun Reddy' and its makers, who didn't belong to his caste. "BTW which casts is Radhan, Sandeep and Sundaram of AR ?" Keeravani questioned.
