Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal get married; Official wedding pictures released

Bollywood stars Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal got married in an private ceremony in the presence of family members and friends in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan on Thursday evening.

The couple shared pictures from the wedding ceremony on their respective Instagram handles. While Katrina looked ethereal in a red Sabyasachi wedding lehenga, Vicky was clad in an ivory white sherwani. Their caption read, “Only love and gratitude in our hearts for everything that brought us to this moment . Seeking all your love and blessings as we begin this new journey together.” The festivities for the big event reportedly began with a mehendi ceremony on Tuesday, followed by the pheras, while the sangeet ceremony was held last night.

“A special white horse from Sawai Madhopur was arranged for the groom as he arrived at the mandap. Bands played in the background as Vicky performed the pre-wedding rituals,” a source was quoted as saying by ETimes. Several Bollywood celebrities, including Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Hrithik Roshan, Samantha, Parineeti Chopra, and Janhvi Kapoor, among others, congratulated the couple.
