Dhanush to undergo a DNA Test?

A couple of days back, actor Dhanush along with his parents Kasthrui Raja and Vijayalakshmi was present at the Madurai branch of the Madras High Court in connection to the parentage case filed by Madurai based couple Kathiresan and Meenakshi claiming to be the real parents of the multi-talented star.

The judge ordered for the verification of identification marks on Dhanush as specified by the couple claiming to be his parents. A Government doctor was asked to check whether the marks are present are whether the marks were medically removed.

The Dean of Madurai Rajeev Gandhi Government Hospial has conducted the verification test of identification marks.

Now Kathiresan has filed another petition requesting the Court to order for a DNA test on him and Dhanush which according to him would prove beyond doubt that Dhanush is actually his son,

The new petition is expected to be taken up by the Court for hearing today. Meanwhile the results of the doctor's verification test of identification marks on Dhanush will also be submitted to the Court in a close envelope today.
