Karunaas involved in Vijay’s ‘Mersal’ title issue ?

The Thalapathy Vijay fans celebrations for the world record breaking ‘Mersal’ teaser have been in for a shock as a court order has been passed with an interim ban to promote the movie under the title as there is a dispute with another movie titled ‘Mersalaayiten’ produced by A R Rajendran who has filed the case.

A poster of ‘Mersalayiten’ has been found on the internet and on it the co-producer is printed as KEN Media presented by Karunaas.  The ace comedian-singer has shared screen space with Vijay in movies like ‘Puthiya Geethai’ and ‘Thirumalai’ and it is highly unlikely that he would put a roadblock to his industry colleagues mega film.  Whether it is truly Karunaas production or not will be known in a few days time and if so we will have to wait and see what his step would be in the ‘Mersal’ title issue.
