Karthi’s ‘Sardar’ Teaser: The world-class spy is on a roll!

Karthi’s ‘Sardar’ is gearing up for a theatrical release in both Telugu and Tamil for Diwali this year. Directed by PS Mithran of ‘Abhimanyudu’ fame, the film is all set to be released in Telugu by Annapurna Studios in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The news is that the film’s teaser is out. Karthi, who played an adventurous warrior-messager in today’s theatrical release ‘Ponniyin Selvan-I’, is seen as a world-class spy who is a master of disguises. He gets into six get-ups, adapting himself to different timelines.   

Starring Raashi Khanna as the heroine, the film has Rajisha Vijayan in a key role. Chunky Panday of ‘Saaho’ fame has a role.

With music and cinematography by GV Prakash Kumar and George C Williams, respectively, ‘Sardar’ has Dileep Subbarayan and Reuben taking care of stunts and editing, respectively. The film has Laila, Munishkanth, Ashwin, Yog Japi, Nimmy, Balaji Sakthivel and Elavarasu in other roles.
