Karthi’s ‘Sardar 2’ shooting unfolds in a huge plane set! – Red hot updates

Karthi, who delivered a blockbuster hit with the spy thriller ‘Sardar’ directed by PS Mithran in 2022, has reunited with the director for its sequel. The shooting for ‘Sardar 2’ began in Chennai on July 15 but was temporarily halted after a few days. Recent reports indicate that filming has resumed.

The latest buzz is that a new shooting schedule for ‘Sardar 2’ kicked off today at EVP Film City in Chennai. Adding to the excitement, the film’s lead actress, Malavika Mohanan, was seen at Chennai airport, having just arrived to join the shoot. The filmmakers have constructed a massive cargo flight set for this schedule, which is expected to continue until September 3.

Following this, the team is planning to film the next schedule in Talakona, Andhra Pradesh. Karthi will reprise his dual roles in ‘Sardar 2’, with SJ Suryah, Malavika Mohanan, Ashika Ranganath, and Rajisha Vijayan in supporting roles. The film is produced by Prince Pictures, with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by George C. Williams, and editing by Vijay Velukutty.
