As we had reported a few hours back, the prestigious Sri Thenandal Films banner has been associated with Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies, for his upcoming film starring Karthi and Sai Pallavi in the lead.
Now we have learnt the complete details on the association of both the production houses, for the yet to be titled film. An official confirmation from Sri Thenandal Films states that they have only purchased the Tamil Nadu distribution of the film Mani Ratnam will direct and produce under his Madras Talkies banner. Thenandal is not involved in the production of the flick in any manner. directorial and will not be producing it.
It is to be noted that all the other rights of the film lie with Madras Talkies.
