‘Kantara’ song faces plagiarism allegations

The song from ‘Kantara’ has been a massive chartbuster. The climactic song has been instrumental in deepening the viewer’s experience. The song, however, is accused of having been lifted from an album made by Kerala’s Thaikkudam Bridge in 2015. ‘Navarasam’ is the title of the song that has allegedly been copied by the music director of ‘Kantara’.

Bridge has accused the makers of ‘Kantara’ of committing copyright infringement. Ever since he threatened to sue Hombale Films, ‘Navarasam’ has been in the news.
