Kamal Haasan & Shankar’s vigilante mission: ‘Indian 2’ release poster unveiled officially!

‘Indian 2’ is a highly anticipated sequel to Kamal Haasan and director Shankar’s 1996 blockbuster, promised to be an exhilarating vigilante entertainer. This is one of the most talked about films in Tamil cinema. After years of struggle, we are set to witness the ‘Indian’ magic on screens again this year.

Today, the team announced that ‘Indian 2’ is coming to cinemas this June. We have learnt that the exact release date is June 13th.  Reports tell us that the makers have finalised the Bakrid weekend, aiming for a Pan-Indian release of the movie after the nationwide elections. A new poster featuring the ‘Indian’ Senpathy in handcuffs was unveiled.

It is worth mentioning that the team is also working on ‘Indian 3’, which might be released on the second half of the year. It is said that the team is left to shoot a song in ‘Indian 2’ with Kamal Haasan. This is expected to be filmed after the Tamil Nadu election. Some shooting is left for ‘Indian 3’ as well.
