Kamal Haasan is the latest politician to join the Congress party's prestigious Bharat Jodo Yatra. The 'Vikram' and 'Vishwaroopam' actor joined Rahul Gandhi's flagship rally in New Delhi.
Addressing the crowds there, Kamal said that he was participating in the rally as an Indian. He also recalled that his father was a Congressman. The 'Indian 2' actor said that he had various ideologies over the years.
"I have started my own political party but when it comes to the country, all political party lines have to blur," he said, adding that he attended the Yatra after blurring political differences.
On the film front, Kamal is doing both 'Indian 2' and 'KH234'. The latter is directed by Mani Ratnam and produced by Red Giant Movies along with Madras Talkies and RKFI. Kollywood filmmaker H Vinoth will be helming 'KH233' in all probability. The buzz in the Kollywood film circles is that Kamal is more interested to work with Pa. Ranjith and Vetrimaaran.
