‘Kalakalappu 2’ gets an excellent start at the Chennai Box Office

Director Sundar.C’s laugh riot ‘Kalakalappu 2’ hit the screens last weekend and seems to have been putting audiences into a fit of giggles with its humor. Here’s how the multi-starrer opened at the Chennai box office.

The film was screened in 21 theatres in the city with 292 shows. The film has fared excellently at the box office by reaping in Rs. 1,59,18,185 in its first three days of release. It’s also worth mentioning here that a 90% crowd presence was recorded on an average.

So one could say that the film has had a superb opening and the hope is that it continues to maintain its victory stride. The film’s ensemble comprises of Jiiva, Jai, Shiva, Nikki Galrani, Catherine Tresa and  Nandita as well in lead roles. Watch this space for more updates.
