‘Manu Charitra’, starring actor Shiva Kandukuri in the lead, was launched today.  This is the first film to be presented by star actress Kajal Aggarwal, whose manager is the co-producer.  

The launch event was attended by producers C Kalyan, Anil Sunkara, Raj Kandukuri (whose son is the hero), Madhura Sreedhar, Sahu and others.  'Chal Mohan Ranga' heroine Megha Akash has been roped in to play the heroine.  Gopi Sundar of the recent 'Majili' is the music director.  

What is the genre of the flick?  "It is an intense love story that is packed with emotions.  ‘Falling In Love Is A Painful Joy!’ is the caption.  Daali Dhanunjay will be seen as the antagonist," the makers say.  

Directed by Bharath Kumar P, it's produced by N Sreenivas Reddy, and P Ronnson Joseph on Apple Tree Entertainments.  Rahul Shrivastav will crank the camera.  Fights are by Real Satish.
