Kamal Haasan is currently shooting for 'Indian 2', directed by Shankar. Touted to be a vigilante thriller, the film was revived last year and the makers have been giving regular updates about the work progress. They already updated a couple of weeks ago that a new schedule of filming started in Chennai.

Now, the female lead Kajal Aggarwal has dropped a hot update. She took to her social media to share a BTS photo and announced that she has joined the sets of Indian 2 after a short break. The enchanting actress was posing with her make-up man in the picture but she had covered her face with a heart emoji to maintain the secrecy of her look in the movie.

Kajal captioned the post, "#Indian2 #COMINGSOON" (sic). According to sources, Kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal are shooting night sequences in Panaiyur, Chennai. The cast and crew are filming a grand action block between freedom fighters and the British currently. Ulaganayagan is wearing prosthetic make-up as the 90-year-old Senapathy.

Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies are bankrolling Indian 2. The star-studded cast comprises KamalHaasan, Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Delhi Ganesh, Jayaprakash, Guru Somasundaram and many others. Anirudh is taking care of the musical score for the highly anticipated film.
