Well-known anchor and character artist T Narasimha Rao (TNR) is no more. A popular host, he passed away earlier today while undergoing treatment for Covid-19 in Hyderabad.
On Sunday, TNR’s pulse rate dropped and he was in a critical condition, his family informed. Doctors couldn’t save him.
He was known for hosting marathon interviews with celebs. Some of his interviews went viral and he was always respected for asking questions that brought out the hidden secrets in the lives of celebs.
TNR was also growing as a cine artist. After acting in movies like ‘Uma Maheshwara Ugra Roopasya’, ‘Palasa 1978’, among others, NTR was becoming one of the most sought-after artists for small roles. His cine commitments kept him busy constantly.
Condoling his demise, actor Nani wrote that he is shocked to hear the news. “I have seen few of his interviews and he was the best when it came to his research and ability to get his guests to speak their heart out. Condolences and strength to the family,” the ‘Tuck Jagadish’ star tweeted. Reacting to the news, director Maruthi wrote, “Unbelievable and shocking. It’s very hard to digest and painful to know my friend TNR is no more. My deepest Condolences to their family. #corona show some mercy. We can’t take this any more.”
