Biden’s Acronym Mishap: Puzzling Moment During Pacific Islands Address

President Biden encountered another verbal hiccup during a conversation with leaders from the Pacific Islands. While discussing his administration’s Pacific Islands Infrastructure Initiative, the 80-year-old president stumbled over the acronym. He announced a proposed investment of $40 billion but struggled with the abbreviation.

“We call it the P, PI — anyways, doesn’t matter what we call it, but that’s what it is,” Biden humorously admitted during the White House forum. His comment drew laughter from some attendees.
