‘JGM’ team calls on Union Minister

Vijay Deverakonda’s next with Puri Jagannadh is ‘Jana Gana Mana’. The core team of the movie on Wednesday called on Union Minister Rajnath Singh in Delhi. The pics from the meet were put out by Charmme Kaur on social media on Thursday. 

Besides the ‘Liger’ duo (read Deverakonda and Puri), a few others also were present. ‘JGM’, to be released in theatres on August 23 next year, has an Army backdrop. The meet with the Defence Minister of India may have to be seen in this context if nothing else. 

Meanwhile, the ‘Arjun Reddy’ actor is super-confident that Puri will hit the ball out of the park with ‘JGM’. “When I Come, I will bring chaos. Don’t doubt it,” wrote Deverakonda, sharing a glimpse from the making of ‘JGM’, which will go on the floors months later. Produced by Charmme Kaur, director-producer Vamshi Paidipally, Singa Rao, and Puri himself, ‘JGM’ has got a military backdrop.
