One of the trendsetting Tamil films in the recent years is undoubtedly ‘Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom’ directed by Balaji Tharaneetharan which with its novel storytelling grabbed everyone’s attention and catapulted hero Vijay Sethupathi to instant stardom.
Balaji’s second film is ‘Oru Pakka Kathai’ which marks the debut of Malayalam superstar Jayaram’s son Kalidas as hero and newcomer Megha as the heroine. The director has revealed that the film is in its last stage of production iand they are looking at an early 2016 release. Balaji said that how the audiences felt that the title ‘Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom’ was justified after watching the film similarly he is confident that they will feel the same after watching ‘Oru Pakka Kathai’ which is an out and out entertainer and the entire suspense element is in the title.
